Shipping
Flat-Rate Shipping
-Orders under $70: $5.95 flat rate
-Orders $70 and above: Free shipping
Delivery Timeframe
-Standard delivery: 5–8 business days
-Most orders ship within 1–2 business days
-Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships
International Shipping
-Currently, RÜX ships within the U.S. only, We hope to expand in the future. Stay tuned.
How to Return
Returns
-Returns accepted on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days
-Items must have tags intact and be in original condition
Eligibility
- Email us at info@ruxthelabel.com with your order number and items to return
- Purchase a shipping label via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (buyer-paid unless defective)
- Ship the item back and keep your tracking number
Refunds
-Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
-Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
-Want a different size or style?
-Email us at info@ruxthelabel.com with your order number and desired replacement
-Follow the same steps as a return — we’ll ship your exchange once we receive the original item
