1. General

-All products are sold by Rüx LLC, based in the United States.

-By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or have parental consent.

-We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

-We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

-Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

-Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

-Standard shipping is 5–8 business days within the U.S.

-Flat-rate shipping: $5.95 for orders under $70; free shipping for orders $70+.

-We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Tracking numbers will be provided once an order ships.

-Currently, we do not ship internationally. Stay tuned for future shipping expansion.

-Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.

-Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

-Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

-Exchanges are handled the same way: email us with your order number and desired replacement.

-We strive to accurately display product details, colors, and images, but slight variations may occur.

-Rüx products are designed for a relaxed, street-ready fit. Refer to our Size Chart for exact measurements.

-All content on the Rüx website, including logos, graphics, text, and images, is owned by Rüx LLC.

-You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

-Rüx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

-We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted, but we work hard to keep your shopping experience seamless.

-These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Maryland.

-Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of Rüx products will be resolved under these laws.
